How does it work?

Basics of the skyTROTTER

1st Step:

Enter the booth through the accesible lateral door

2nd Step:

Move the skyTROTTER to the desired location. The skyTROTTER is equipped with a 48v battery to operate the displacement mechanism without plugging the equipment to the power socket.

3rd Step:

Once the workplace is reached, plug the skyTROTTER to the power socket. Use the control panel to lift the booth to the desired position.

4th Step:

Use the control panel to horizontally approach the booth to the working area in order to create a semi-closed environment.

5th Step:

Turn on the ventilation and start working on the damaged area. The 4 Stages filtration system will clean the VOCs in the environment.

6th (and last) Step:

Once the work is done, move the booth to the next area and start over the process

Yes, skyTROTTER is equipped with an electric hydraulic platform to reach upper areas up to 3,8 metres high when fully elevated.

skyTROTTER is a plug and play product. You just need to connect the power socket to the power supply. Its flexible power cable, 40 metres long, allows skyTROTTER move along and in between the trains/bus/trams very conveniently.

When or how often should I change the filters inside the cabin so the operator works under safe and optimal conditions?

It depends on many different factors and individual working conditions in every case, such as the type of paint, quantity of paint sprayed, the operator’s working way, the working periods and working load, distances kept to the filters and to the vehicle or machine to be repaired… However, skyTROTTER includes a filter alarm system which informs the operator when filters must be changed, as it provides an hour counter and lighting alarm to keep filters in optimal conditions. Filters can be changed easily and we provide you with all necessary spare parts.
